My boyfriend and I are on a tight budget, he being unemployed at the moment, and I am a teacher, but we manage to make it to Myrtle Beach at Christmas time, and we have been going for the past five years. For the past couple of years, we have driven by your restaurant and it always just SPEAKS to me, and I can't really explain it, but Gregg never really wanted to go, or we were on our way somewhere else, and we never ate there. Finally, we came to the beach in June, due to a GREAT $30 a night room special, and we ate bad seafood for four days. Some was okay, but none was great. On our last day, I went out to buy burgers (we gave up on seafood), and I saw your place. I decided to stop in and order take out. I was immediately delighted when I walked inside, and I wished a million times I would have eaten there all along. The menu and the specials board looked SO GOOD, and I ordered a seafood platter and crab cake sandwich to go. When I went back to the room, Gregg was also so happy about the food. We agreed it was the best seafood meal, the best MEAL we'd eaten in a long time, as we sat at our motel table and lit a small candle for a romantic mood. We have both spoken fondly about the meal so many times since then, and every time I hear someone say they are going to Myrtle Beach, I tell them about your restaurant. I can't wait to come back in December, and I will be there on our first night! No more fooling with those other restaurants! THANK YOU!

I have had the worst day ever and was close to tears. I find myself driving around pondering dinner and after 3 stops at various restaurants I decide to just go home. And then I remember there is a fish place close by and decide to stop and check it out. I pull up, get out and sit down at one of their outdoor tables to look over the menu. I say hello to the man sitting alone at the next table and we have a brief conversation and then he gets up and moves to my table to tell me all about this unique place to eat. I realize this is "Mr Fish" himself. He tells me all about the food and how its made, not to mention telling me about his family. I decide this is the place tonight. I place my order after meeting his lovely daughter and begin to check out this tiny little place. Yes its small but full of charm and locals. I notice all the people eating and laughing. The owner making a stop at many of the tables to say hello or just shoot the breeze as it seems I am the only

newcomber to the place. My food comes quickly and I make the short drive home. Open my bottle of wine and ultimately have a super delicious fish dinner. I have to say I was surprised the food was SOOOO good but more than that ... Mr Fish made my day. I felt better and could not wait to go back for more. If you don’t visit this place you are missing the boat.

I LOVE Mr. Fish. We visit Myrtle Beach at least 4x a year because my parents moved there 5 years ago. They took us to Mr. Fish for the 1st time last week. I was so excited to find a great seafood place to do lunch/dinner. When my husband, kids, & I come to the beach I want to eat seafood for every meal. It obviously gets expensive so it's nice to have a good affordable seafood place to eat. Your fresh seafood was fantastic & we can't wait to visit your place again. Maybe the Oyster fest in January! Can't wait...thanks for creating such a great place to eat seafood!
